Malak supports the firm’s Legal, Risk and Compliance department. She assists with compliance testing, formulation of compliance policies, updating and maintenance of regulatory filings and other compliance projects. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Malak served as a compliance officer for Northern Trust Corporation. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Benedictine University. In her free time, Malak enjoys basketball, traveling, cooking, attending sporting events and swimming.

Antonia is responsible for assisting with the firm’s talent acquisition, payroll and HRIS administration, as well as administrative support and coordination. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she was a Recruitment and Enrollment Manager for Noble Schools. Antonia graduated with an Master of Science in Organization Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University. In her free time, Antonia enjoys pursuing her interest in interior design and shopping for home décor.

Andrews is responsible for assisting with the firm’s financial accounting, reporting and analysis. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he worked in the Financial Reporting Department for Macy’s, Inc. Andrews graduated with a BS in Accounting from Xavier University. In his free time, he enjoys fitness and weightlifting.

Julie helps establish, implement and lead strategic operations plans. She works to enhance operational proficiencies and drive effective business initiatives to improve revenue and earnings growth. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Julie was Partner and Managing Director of Wealth Management at RMB Capital Management, LLC. Previous to that, she was a Senior Managing Director and served on the Management Committee and Board of Directors at Mesirow Financial Holdings. Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Julie serves on the La Rabida Board of Trustees and is a member of The Chicago Network. In her free time, you can find Julie spending time with family, trying new restaurants and traveling.

Brandy is our firm headquarters administrative assistant, providing positive impressions to visitors and callers. She is our first line of acceptance for mail and deliveries and helps organize and preserve the office culture. Brandy also provides guidance for all incoming calls to the office, answers general questions when appropriate and handles other operations tasks. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Brandy was a Human Resources Assistant for Fedex Ground. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University. In her free time, Brandy enjoys traveling and working out.

Jake supports the Director of Finance and maintains billing and revenue records. Prior to joining Fiducient Advisors in 2021, he was an administrative associate with Perkins & Will. Jake earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. In his free time, Jake enjoys working with dogs as a trainer and pet caregiver. He keeps active through Chicago Recreational Basketball Leagues and 10K runs. Jake also closely follows the NBA and loves traveling.
