Lisa brings extensive experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation and operational scaling. As an executive, she has led finance, operations and administrative functions for investor‑backed companies. As a consultant, Lisa advised leadership teams during pivotal stages of capability development, capacity expansion and performance improvement.
Before joining the firm in 2025, Lisa served as Chief Administrative Officer at a private equity firm, building on a multi-disciplinary career that includes positions of increasing leadership at General Mills, CNS: the Breathe Right Company, Food Perspectives and Ankura Consulting.
She earned her BBA from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling with her family, gardening with native plants to support pollinator habitats and building LEGO creations with her two sons.
