Melissa is responsible for managing leave of absences as well as firm engagement and culture activities. Additionally, she plays a critical role in our offboarding process and partners with the Director of Human Resources on policy. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she was Human Resources Generalist with PeoplesBank. Melissa graduated from the University of Phoenix with an associate degree in business administration and has obtained the Recruiter Academy Certification (RACR). She enjoys giving back to the community and serves as a board member on Riverside Industries, an organization dedicated to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In her free time, you may find Melissa golfing, gardening or training for her next long-distance run.
