Nor is responsible for reviewing the firm’s marketing materials and administering and monitoring the firm’s Code of Ethics and employee reporting requirements. She also assists with various projects to help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she helped run the Kirkland & Ellis Foundation, where she managed the foundation’s tax compliance program and supported its philanthropic operations. She also held legal support roles at prominent organizations, assisting with legal research and client service.
Nor earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and holds a Master of Science in International Business with a concentration in Finance. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed attorney in Minnesota.
In her free time, Nor enjoys traveling, cooking, watching sports, exploring history and spending time with family and friends.
