Andre focuses on quarterly performance reporting, vendor searches and plan diagnostics for all types of defined contribution clients. He joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2017, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. He started in the firm’s marketing department before moving to his current role. Prior to joining the firm, Andre was a Student Assistant in the Marketing and External Affairs Division of Western New England University. He earned a BA from Western New England University. His personal interests include basketball and golf, as well as watching movies and television shows.

Brad supports the firm’s consulting efforts by authoring fund performance reviews, creating and assembling client reports and managing relationships with custodians and portfolio managers. Brad additionally serves as a performance analytics Team Lead.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Brad was Customer Service Manager at Fifth Third Bank and a Personal Banker at Suburban Bank and Trust. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Saint Xavier University’s Graham School of Management. Brad is also a CIPM® designation holder. In his free time, Brad is actively involved with the King Oscar Lodge #855 Freemasons where he serves as a lodge officer. He also enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with his wife, personal fitness and golf.

As a member of our Marketable Alternatives team, Matt researches and performs due diligence on marketable alternative managers. He joined the firm in 2018 and his prior work experience includes Morgan Stanley on their private wealth management team and The Heico Companies on their benefits team. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from Marquette University. Matt is a CFA® Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst®) and Member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching sports, golfing and reading.

Austin is responsible for the analysis of defined benefit, endowment, foundation and other nonprofit client investment portfolios. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. In his free time, Austin enjoys playing basketball, traveling and cheering on the Patriots and Celtics.

As a Senior Consulting Analyst based in our Boston office, Anne focuses on retirement plan diagnostics, vendor search and analysis, quarterly performance reporting and a variety of other services for defined contribution clients. She joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2016, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Anne worked at Positive Retirement Outcomes, LLC, an independent retirement plan consulting firm, and has extensive experience in private banking and trust. Anne earned a BA from Bates College. She has passed Level I of the CFA Program. In her free time, Anne enjoys hiking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, gardening, reading and learning.

Lucas is responsible for the analysis of defined benefit, endowment, foundation and other nonprofit client investment portfolios. Prior to joining Fiducient Advisors in 2021, he was a vendor payment analyst at CIGNA. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Connecticut. He is a UCONN College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources Alumni Board Member. His personal interests include playing pool and practicing Jiu Jitsu.
