+ Fixed income markets reflected shifting market expectations for Federal Reserve policy during the month. Core bonds were modestly as interest rates fell slightly, bringing year to date returns into the high single digits.
+ Risk-on markets helped fuel high yield bonds. Fundamentals remain stable and defaults remains muted, yet valuations are elevated.
+ Long duration bonds benefited from the move lower in rates.
