As a Partner and Head of Endowments & Foundations and OCIO, Mike oversees the firm’s delivery of comprehensive investment and service solutions to our nonprofit client base and specializes in providing extensive investment consulting services to foundations, endowments and nonprofit organizations. He delivers advice and counsel on all areas of investment strategy and oversight including governance, asset allocation, mission-aligned investing, manager implementation, portfolio structure and overall investment policy. Mike leads the firm’s Endowments and Foundations Business Council and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, Discretionary Committee and Capital Markets Team. He joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2009, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate in the Global Wealth Management division of AllianceBernstein, LP. Mike earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business and BA from Colgate University. He currently serves as a trustee and finance committee member of Covenant Preparatory School, an independent middle school providing tuition free education and guidance to boys from underserved communities in the Hartford area. He also coaches youth hockey.

As the Executive Director of Enterprise Applications, Patrick oversees the firm’s information technology systems ensuring systems, applications and vendor solutions align with the business and its objectives He joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2014, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick worked for SS&C Technologies and as Director of Operations for RIAs in the metro New York and Washington, DC areas. He earned his MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his BA from Frostburg State University. Patrick has earned the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement™ designation and the Project Management Professional™ certification from the Project Management Institute. His personal interests include coaching baseball, hockey and soccer, fishing and spending time with family.

Chris directs growth and development of the firm’s institutional business. His experience includes working with institutional asset owners and their respective fiduciary committees to ensure solutions are tailored to their needs and goals. He joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2008, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris held leadership positions at MassMutual and CitiStreet. He proudly supports numerous industry organizations committed to best practices in the endowment, foundation and retirement plan marketplaces. Chris volunteers as an Advisory Committee Member for the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving’s Tolland Community Fund, an organization supporting inclusive civic engagement and the needs of the local community. Chris received his BA from Providence College. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his wife and three sons.

As Chairman, Bob’s primary responsibilities include firm strategy, mentoring colleagues and advising a select number of clients. Bob co-founded the firm in 1995 and served as CEO from its inception through July 2023. Bob has authored and been the subject of numerous articles appearing in prominent publications including the Los Angeles Times, Crain’s Chicago Business and Pensions & Investments, and has taught courses on fiduciary responsibility and related subjects. He co-authored Asset Management for Endowments & Foundations (McGraw Hill), Designing a 401(k) Plan (Probus), The Practical Guide to Managing Nonprofit Assets (John Wiley & Sons), Nonprofit Asset Management (John Wiley & Sons) and recently authored 50 Billion Reasons to Grow Your Practice (Honor) and co-hosted Nonprofit Investment Stewards, a podcast for nonprofit leaders.

Prior to co-founding Fiducient Advisors (DiMeo Schneider & Associates), Bob served as Vice President for Kidder, Peabody’s Institutional Consulting Group. Bob obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the College of Financial Planning and his bachelor’s degree from Bradley University. Bob has mentored for and served on the board of Year Up Chicago and served as a board member for the Special Olympics Illinois Foundation and the Associated Colleges of Illinois. He is a member of the Cardinal’s Council for Catholic Charities, where he serves on the Investment/Finance Committee. Bob also serves as a director for the Geneva Lake Water Safety Patrol. Bob’s interests include music, exercise, golf, and boating…all the better with family and friends.

As Director of Investment Operations, Tracey oversees Associates within our Investment Operations and Trading departments to ensure a high-quality and consistent service experience for our clients. She joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2010, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Henderson Global Investors, N.A. as a Client Services Manager and with Morgan Stanley’s Private Client Group as a Senior Client Service Associate. Tracey earned her MBA from the University of Hartford School of Business and a BA from Central Connecticut State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, yoga, running, baking, volunteering and has recently discovered a passion for weightlifting.

Mike is Managing Partner and co-founder of Fiducient Advisors (DiMeo Schneider). He provides investment consulting services to private foundations, family offices and other substantial investors. Along with overseeing The Wealth Office®, Mike is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and co-leads our Family Office Business Council.

He has addressed national conferences on subjects including professional money management, financial planning and estate planning and co-authored The Practical Guide to Managing Nonprofit Assets (John Wiley & Sons), which was released in 2005. Mike is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Investments & Wealth Institute™. He obtained the title Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the College of Financial Planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bradley University. Mike currently serves as Co-Chair of the AMITA Health Foundation Board as well as serves as a board member of Alexian Brothers Foundation. He is also a Catholic Deacon for the Archdiocese of Chicago and serves the St. John of the Evangelist Parish. Mike enjoys golf, travel (when he can) and theater.
