Jill is responsible for responding to Request for Proposals, as well as supporting various marketing activities as needed. She has been working in the finance industry since 2006 and brings a wealth of experience in RFP writing and preparation. Prior to joining Fiducient Advisors, Jill worked as a Senior RFP Writer with Empower. She has a Master of Science degree from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England University. Jill likes to spend her free time volunteering with Special Olympics and spending time with her dogs.

Irene supports the Director of Finance and Accounting. Her responsibilities include issuing invoices to clients and auditing them for accuracy and completeness. Irene offers decades of experience in the financial services industry, having begun her career in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Performance Measurement Analyst & Office Manager with Chartwell Consulting (USA) LLC. In her free time, Irene enjoys skiing, kayaking and traveling with family and friends.

Amy oversees the day-to-day compliance functions of the firm and assists the Chief Compliance Officer with the development of the firm’s compliance program. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, she was a Compliance Officer at Mercer Investments and Director of Compliance at Pavilion Advisory Group Inc. She earned her BS from Illinois State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Eva manages the cash application of client payments and is involved in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prior to joining Fiducient Advisors in 2023, she was an accounting administrator with NBC Sports Chicago. Eva earned a BS degree from National Louis University. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the Dr. William Griffin Community Center Food Pantry, as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Melissa’s responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, compensation planning, employee relations, culture and engagement, risk mitigation and acting as a resource for all firm managers and associates.

Melissa holds an associate degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and possesses several HR certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management from HCRI, and is a Certified Recruiter through the Recruiter Academy. In her free time, you may find Melissa golfing, gardening or training for her next long-distance half or full marathon.
