Melissa’s responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, compensation planning, employee relations, culture and engagement, risk mitigation and acting as a resource for all firm managers and associates.

Melissa holds an associate degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and possesses several HR certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management from HCRI, and is a Certified Recruiter through the Recruiter Academy. In her free time, you may find Melissa golfing, gardening or training for her next long-distance half or full marathon.

Lori supports the Director of Finance and Accounting. Her responsibilities include issuing invoices to clients and auditing them for accuracy and completeness. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Lori was a Senior Administrative/Accounting Coordinator at Weishaupt America Inc. She attended Illinois State University. In her free time, Lori enjoys running, travel and playing tennis.

Mike is responsible for assisting with the firm’s financial accounting, reporting and analysis. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he worked at Great Lakes Dental Partners as a Senior Accountant. Mike graduated with a BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University. Out of the office, he enjoys coaching youth and high school age travel baseball teams, attending sporting events, cooking and going for walks with his dog Koda.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, David was a Tax Specialist at Check Writers. In his free time, David enjoys cooking, exercising, gardening, reading and interior design.

As Head of Finance, Dan is critical in further accelerating the firm’s growth by establishing, implementing and leading strategic financial direction, producing measurable results and striving for continuous improvement. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he was Senior Director of Accounting and Finance at Viskase, Inc. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In his free time, you can find Dan reading, traveling and spending time with family.

Antonia is responsible for assisting with the firm’s talent acquisition, payroll and HRIS administration, as well as administrative support and coordination. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she was a Recruitment and Enrollment Manager for Noble Schools. Antonia graduated with an Master of Science in Organization Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University. In her free time, Antonia enjoys pursuing her interest in interior design and shopping for home décor.
