Matt services institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. Matt also serves on the firm’s Defined Benefit Business Council. He joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2014, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. He received a BA from Assumption College and enjoys playing hockey and golf in his free time.

As a Partner and Senior Consultant, Devon services institutional clients by providing advice and counsel on all areas of fund oversight including asset allocation, portfolio structure, spending policy, rebalancing, and overall investment policy. She focuses primarily on endowment and foundation clients, while serving as a resource on ESG investing. Devon is an active member of several of the firm’s committees: the Endowment & Foundation Business Council, the Mission-Aligned Investing Council, and the Engagement Council. Additionally, she serves as the podcast host for our Nonprofit Investment Stewards podcast series. She joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2006, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Devon worked with the PRIME Asset Consulting Group at UBS Financial Services. She received an M.Ed. from the University of New Haven and a BA from Duke University. She obtained the title Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) from the Investments & Wealth Institute™ accreditation program at the Wharton School of Business and is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute™. Additionally, Devon obtained the Chartered SRI Counselor™ (CSRIC®) designation. Devon serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for both the Hartford Stage and the Connecticut Women’s Council. Her personal interests include reading, theater, running and fitness.

Mike is Managing Partner and co-founder of Fiducient Advisors (DiMeo Schneider). He provides investment consulting services to private foundations, family offices and other substantial investors. Along with overseeing The Wealth Office®, Mike is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and co-leads our Family Office Business Council.

He has addressed national conferences on subjects including professional money management, financial planning and estate planning and co-authored The Practical Guide to Managing Nonprofit Assets (John Wiley & Sons), which was released in 2005. Mike is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Investments & Wealth Institute™. He obtained the title Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the College of Financial Planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bradley University. Mike currently serves as Co-Chair of the AMITA Health Foundation Board as well as serves as a board member of Alexian Brothers Foundation. He is also a Catholic Deacon for the Archdiocese of Chicago and serves the St. John of the Evangelist Parish. Mike enjoys golf, travel (when he can) and theater.

Nick provides investment consulting services to high net worth investors, corporate executives, family trusts and nonprofit organizations. He services clients by providing advice and expertise on asset allocation, portfolio design, investment policy statements, manager search process and overall investment management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Nick was a Senior Financial Planner with The Ayco Company where he provided extensive advice to affluent clientele. Nick earned a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the College of Financial Planning and is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Chicago. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and long-distance running (having completed four marathons and multiple half-marathons).

As Research Director, Michael directs the firm’s Global Private Markets Group. Within this group, he is responsible for sourcing and performing due diligence on investment opportunities across private equity, private credit and private real assets. Michael is a member of the firm’s Global Private Markets Group and Research Forum.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, he was a Financial Analyst at General Growth Properties and a Research Analyst with Caldera Investment Group. Michael graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in Economics and was a star point guard on the basketball team. Michael is a CFA® Charterholder. His jump shot is still best in the office.

Greg services institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. He is also a member of the Recordkeeper Oversight Council. Greg joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2017, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Before joining the firm, Greg worked in both institutional and individual wealth management helping create positive retirement outcomes for plan sponsors and plan participants. He received his BA from the University of Connecticut and is a ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant). He volunteers as a Chair of the Board for MARCH, Inc. of Manchester, a Connecticut organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as a Board Member of the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, and as a Board Member for Riverfront Recapture. Greg enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, running, lacrosse and football in his free time.
