Michael advises and serves institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Managing Director, Regional Northeast Practice Leader for Truist’s Foundations and Endowments Group. He holds a MBA from George Washington University and a BS degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Richmond. Mike serves as a Board Member and is on the Investment Committee for My Sister’s Place as well as the Investment Committee of St. Mary’s Armenian Church. In his free time, he volunteers with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and enjoys travel, movies and following DC sports.

Matt serves institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring.  Matt also specializes in assisting private educational institutions and their associations with developing strategic retirement benefits for their faculty and staff. 

Before joining the firm, Matt worked in both institutional and individual wealth management with a focus on creating long term and intentional retirement planning strategies. He received his BA in Accounting from Radford University and obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation from Old Dominion University.  In his free time, Matt enjoys his time with his family, coaching his sons in their youth sports, golf and boating.

John advises institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on fund menu design, manager selection, vendor due diligence, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. He is a member of the firm’s Taft-Hartley Business Council.

Prior to joining Fiducient, John was a Taft-Hartley Senior Client Portfolio Manager at SEI Investments. John earned his BSBA degree from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.He also obtained his CAIA designation and is a member of the CAIA Pennsylvania Chapter. In addition, he is a member of the CFA Society Philadelphia. In his free time, John enjoys, running, reading and traveling with his family.

Zhee advises institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on fund menu design, manager selection, vendor due diligence, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. Prior to joining Fiducient, she was a Director, Relationship Manager II at TIAA. Zhee earned her BS degree from Muhlenberg College and obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the College of Financial Planning. She currently volunteers with Junior Achievement of NJ and the Center for Food Action. In her free time, Zhee is a proud baseball mom and enjoys fitness, running, wine making and reading, particularly biographies and autobiographies.

Lou has over 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. He advises institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on fund menu design, manager selection, vendor due diligence, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. Additionally, Lou is a member of the firm’s Recordkeeper Oversight Council. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he was a Retirement Plan Advisor for Wintrust. Lou earned a BA degree from Taylor University, the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors. His interests include health and fitness, music and cheering on his kids’ sports teams.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she was an Accountant at Harbor Capital Advisors Inc. focused on regulatory reporting. Marycarmen earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a CFA Level 1 Candidate.In her free time, Marycarmen enjoys visiting art galleries and museums, traveling and trying new restaurants.
