Advisor Spotlight
Meet Sandra Sergiyenko, Senior Manager of Client Services for The Wealth Office®
As our clients continue to expand, we are excited to introduce our team members who keep things running behind the scenes.
What is your greatest career accomplishment in your time at Fiducient Advisors?
Navigating through our firm’s merger to integrate our teams, while starting my new position as a manager and working 100% remote. I gained many new responsibilities that challenged and humbled me. I had to reframe my approach within these responsibilities, as I was now looked up to as a leader. This also included hiring and training many new individuals remotely and having a successful onboarding, in order to integrate them seamlessly within our processes and clients.
What is the best thing about working at Fiducient Advisors?
The people, especially the TWO® Client Service Team I work with on a daily basis. I have witnessed tremendous growth within each individual and I am extremely proud to work alongside them. They have taught me patience, active listening, compassion and a sense of community. We work efficiently together yet everyone has the freedom and flexibility to work independently to service our clients with the highest standard of care.
What do you like to do when you are not at work? Any interesting hobbies or volunteer organizations you might work with?
I am a big advocate for mental and physical health. I listen to a variety of podcasts and audio books to help strengthen my mind, regulate my emotions, and build resilience, in addition to physical health which includes strength training, walking, hiking, and snowboarding.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
This looks like a delicate balancing act between servicing clients, being available for the TWO® Client Service Team (located in different time zones) and working on firm initiatives. In addition to ongoing internal projects within a variety of different departments, each day always brings something new and it is exciting to navigate through it all.
