As Head of Finance, Dan is critical in further accelerating the firm’s growth by establishing, implementing and leading strategic financial direction, producing measurable results and striving for continuous improvement. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he was Senior Director of Accounting and Finance at Viskase, Inc. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In his free time, you can find Dan reading, traveling and spending time with family.

Altan provides investment consulting services to nonprofit organizations, corporate executives, family trusts and other private investors. He services clients by providing advice and expertise on asset allocation, portfolio design, investment policy statements, manager search process and overall investment management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Altan was a Senior Planner at Balasa Dinverno Foltz and an Analyst at RegentAtlantic Capital. Altan earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. Altan was awarded the prestigious Gates Millennium Scholarship through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as the President’s Congressional Scholarship which provided the opportunity to serve within the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. Altan achieved the Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2012 and is a Level II CFA Candidate in the CFA Program. He was a member of the Midtown Auxiliary Board and enjoys competing in triathlons.

As a Partner and Senior Consultant in our Maine office, Leslie services institutional clients by providing advice and counsel on all areas of fund oversight including policy, asset allocation, manager research, portfolio structure, portfolio rebalancing, performance monitoring and overall investment policy. She focuses on retirement plans for corporate and nonprofit organizations. Leslie joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2014, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, she founded a regional advisory firm providing consulting and advisory services to defined contribution plans and their committees. Leslie earned her BA from the University of Denver. She served on the committee responsible for developing the Financial Literacy Program for United Way of York County, Maine. In her free time, Leslie enjoys skiing, live music and travel.

Brian services institutional clients by providing advice and guidance on the manager search process, fund selection for portfolios and overall investment management. Brian is a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution Business Council and co-chair of the Recordkeeper Oversight Council. Brian joined the firm in 2007 as a Performance Analyst and held many positions within Fiducient Advisors on his path to Senior Consultant.

Previously, he was a Client Service Specialist for Chase Investment Services and Scudder Investments. He graduated with a BA from the University of Northern Iowa. Brian is actively involved in The Greater Chicago Food Depository and enjoys biking, golf and traveling.

As Managing Partner and Director of Institutional Consulting, Tony maintains oversight for the firm’s institutional consultants. In addition, he services institutional and family clients, providing advice and counsel on all areas of portfolio oversight, including investment policy, asset allocation, manager research and selection, portfolio structure, performance monitoring and overall investment management. Tony is a member of the firm’s Research Forum and Discretionary Committee. His range of knowledge includes asset allocation/investment portfolio construction, capital markets analysis, and investment manager evaluation. Tony co-founded Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2006, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a PRIME Consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. Tony earned his MSF from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his BS at Marist College. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Hartford CFA Society. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee and Investment Committee Chair for the Springfield Museums. Tony enjoys family time, reading, running, cycling and golf.

Chad Tischer, CFP® brings over two decades of expertise to Fiducient Advisors. Since joining the firm in 2003, Chad has ascended to the role of Partner and Head of Private Client Consulting, where he advises affluent families, nonprofit organizations and financial advisory firms on sophisticated investment strategies. ​

Chad’s comprehensive approach encompasses estate planning, tax optimization, insurance solutions and lending strategies, helping to ensure clients receive holistic wealth management guidance. His leadership extends to mentoring financial advisors, equipping them with the tools and insights necessary to expand their practices effectively. ​

Beyond his professional endeavors, Chad is deeply committed to philanthropy and community engagement. He serves on the board of the Minnesota State University Mankato Foundation, honoring a family legacy of educational involvement. His dedication to social causes is further exemplified by his participation in The Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders Program and previous board roles with organizations such as Chicago Lights, Midtown Educational Foundation and the Chicago Foundation for Women. Notably, Chad was recognized as a national finalist for the Invest in Others Community Leadership Award, celebrating a decade of tutoring underprivileged youth in Chicago.

Outside the office, Chad enjoys coaching his twins’ baseball and softball teams, spending summer weekends at the family lake house and traveling with his wife. ​

Chad’s blend of professional acumen and heartfelt community involvement positions him as a trusted advisor and influential leader, dedicated to enriching both his clients’ financial well-being and the broader community.
