Chad Tischer, CFP® brings over two decades of expertise to Fiducient Advisors. Since joining the firm in 2003, Chad has ascended to the role of Partner and Head of Private Client Consulting, where he advises affluent families, nonprofit organizations and financial advisory firms on sophisticated investment strategies. ​

Chad’s comprehensive approach encompasses estate planning, tax optimization, insurance solutions and lending strategies, helping to ensure clients receive holistic wealth management guidance. His leadership extends to mentoring financial advisors, equipping them with the tools and insights necessary to expand their practices effectively. ​

Beyond his professional endeavors, Chad is deeply committed to philanthropy and community engagement. He serves on the board of the Minnesota State University Mankato Foundation, honoring a family legacy of educational involvement. His dedication to social causes is further exemplified by his participation in The Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders Program and previous board roles with organizations such as Chicago Lights, Midtown Educational Foundation and the Chicago Foundation for Women. Notably, Chad was recognized as a national finalist for the Invest in Others Community Leadership Award, celebrating a decade of tutoring underprivileged youth in Chicago.

Outside the office, Chad enjoys coaching his twins’ baseball and softball teams, spending summer weekends at the family lake house and traveling with his wife. ​

Chad’s blend of professional acumen and heartfelt community involvement positions him as a trusted advisor and influential leader, dedicated to enriching both his clients’ financial well-being and the broader community.

Paige services institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on fund menu design, manager selection, vendor due diligence, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. She joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2015, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a BA at Fairfield University. Paige is Co-Chair of WIPN (We Inspire. Promote. Network.) Carolinas chapter, serves as a member of the Salvation Army’s Greater Hartford Advisory Board, and is also a member of the Retirement Advisor Council. Her personal interests include exploring new destinations, enjoying great films and staying active through fitness.

David provides investment consulting services to high-net worth families, corporate executives, nonprofit organizations and financial advisory firms. David services clients by providing advice and expertise in asset allocation, portfolio design and manager selection. He also guides clients through an extensive wealth planning process to ensure coordination of investment objectives with their financial planning, estate planning, tax and lending strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, David was Director of Wealth Management at ORION Investment Advisors. He holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). In his free time, David enjoys staying active, traveling, volunteering and entertaining family and friends over good food and a craft beer.

Steve provides advice and counsel to institutional clients on all areas of fund oversight including asset allocation, portfolio structure and rebalancing, performance monitoring, manager selection, spending policy and overall investment policy. Steve joined the firm in 2000 and is a member of the Endowment & Foundation Business Council.

He co-authored The Practical Guide to Managing Nonprofit Assets (John Wiley & Sons) and was a contributing author to Nonprofit Asset Management: Effective Investment Strategies and Oversight (Wiley Nonprofit Authority). Steve received a BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. He obtained the title Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) from the Investments & Wealth Institute™ accreditation program at the Wharton School of Business and is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute™. Steve is involved with fundraising efforts for the American Diabetes Association and JDRF. He enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling and coaching his sons’ youth sports teams.

As a Partner and Senior Consultant in our Boston Office, Vin services institutional clients by providing advice and counsel on all areas of fund oversight including policy, asset allocation, manager research, portfolio structure, portfolio rebalancing, performance monitoring and overall investment policy. He serves as Chair on the firm’s Defined Contribution Business Council and the Defined Contribution Strategic Oversight Committee and is a member of the firm’s Mission-Aligned Investing Council. Vin joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2011, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior member of the consulting teams at Cammack LaRhette Consulting and Longfellow Advisors. He earned his BSBA from Stonehill College and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. Vin is a former Board Member and Treasurer for Mentor Rhode Island. His personal interests include running and fishing.

Barrett provides investment consulting services to private families, corporate executives, nonprofit organizations, family trusts and other substantial investors. He services clients by providing advice and expertise on portfolio design, asset allocation, investment policy statements, manager search process and overall investment management. Barrett graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Business Management and a minor in Finance and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). In his free time, Barrett enjoys reading, sports and traveling with his wife Stefanie and daughter Riley.
