As Chief Market Strategist, Chris is responsible for guiding the firm’s investment strategies as well as working with corporate, nonprofit and government clients. Chris has more than 20 years’ investment experience, including asset allocation/investment portfolio construction, capital markets analysis and investment manager evaluation. Chris is chair of the firm’s Discretionary Committee and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Capital Markets Team. He joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors LLC in 2006, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President and PRIME Consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. Chris obtained his MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and earned a BS from Boston University. He is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and Hartford CFA Society. His personal interests include sailing, skiing, running and reading.

Christine provides investment consulting services to nonprofit organizations, corporate executives, family trusts and other substantial investors. She services clients by offering advice and expertise on asset allocation, portfolio design, investment policy statements, manager search process and overall investment management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Christine was Vice President and Financial Advisor at Rappaport Reiches Capital Management, LLC and held various positions with Fidelity Investments. Christine earned a BBA in Finance from James Madison University and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Christine is a past member of the Neighborhood Parents Network, member of the Board for Girls Supporting Girls and holds several volunteer positions at St. Clement School & Church in Lincoln Park. In her free time, Christine enjoys traveling, reading, cycling classes and attending her children’s sporting events.

Jim joined Fiducient Advisors in 2004. As a Partner and Senior Consultant, he services institutional clients by providing advice and counsel on all areas of fund oversight including policy, asset allocation, manager research, portfolio structure, portfolio rebalancing, performance monitoring and overall investment policy. In 2012, Jim was a contributing author to Nonprofit Asset Management (John Wiley & Sons).

Prior to joining Fiducient Advisors, he was VP & Senior Consultant, Investment Risk & Analytical Services for The Northern Trust Corporation. Jim obtained the title Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) from the Investments & Wealth Institute™ accreditation program at the Wharton School of Business and he is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute™. He received a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa. When not spending time with his two young children, Jim enjoys exercising and attending concerts and sporting events.

Ryan services institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he worked in client services at Wells Fargo. Ryan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Finance and Accounting. He is a CFA ® Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst®) and Member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. Ryan is a member of the Ambassador Council for the First Tee – Greater Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, reading and traveling.

As Managing Partner and President, Mike provides leadership for the firm’s strategy and overall operations. Mike also provides investment consulting services to nonprofit, family office, corporate and governmental clients. He has been advising institutional clients for over 20 years and has a wide range of expertise in areas such as portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment manager oversight, fee analysis and peer benchmarking. He co-founded Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. As Managing Partner, Mike primarily oversees Business Development and Marketing initiatives.

Prior to founding FIA, Mike was a Senior Vice President and PRIME Consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. He received his MBA from Babson College and earned a BA from Boston College. Mike is a cofounder and trustee of the CT Public Pension Forum, a former Investment Committee member for the Horace Bushnell Memorial Hall, a trustee of the Hartford Youth Scholars Foundation and a board member of The Latimer Group. With his free time, Mike plays lead guitar in The FourFathers.

Guadalupe advises institutional clients on all aspects of fund oversight, including investment policy, asset allocation, manager research, portfolio structure, rebalancing and performance monitoring. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, she served as an Associate with Merrill Lynch Asset Management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics from the University of Illinois, holds the CRPC™ (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) designation, and has passed the CFA Level I exam.

Born and raised in Chicago, Guadalupe is a graduate of Lane Tech College Preparatory, a historic and highly selective enrollment high school. A lifelong water polo player and competitive swimmer, she remains active in the sport as a member of U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS), a national nonprofit supporting nearly 60,000 Masters swimmers across the country. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Lola, exploring the outdoors.
