Guadalupe services institutional clients by providing advice and counsel on all areas of fund oversight including policy, asset allocation, manager research, portfolio structure, portfolio rebalancing, performance monitoring and overall investment policy. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Guadalupe was an Investment Associate with Merrill Lynch Asset Management. Guadalupe earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a CRPC™ (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) and passed the CFA Level I exam. Originally from Chicago, Guadalupe attended Lane Tech College Preparatory in Roscoe Village and is a lifelong water polo player and competitive swimmer. Guadalupe remains active in the sport as a member of both the Chicago and Santa Barbara Masters Swim Club (CMSC).

As Associate Director of Consulting Analytics, Laura oversees members of the analyst team focused on defined contribution plans including corporate 401(k) plans, nonprofit plans, higher education clients and more. Laura services institutional clients and has a wide range of knowledge in fee analysis, plan benchmarking, vendor analysis and plan design strategy. Laura is also a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution Strategic Oversight Committee.

Laura joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2013, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020, where she worked in a Cooperative Education experience before joining full-time. Laura received her MBA from the University of Hartford and a BSBA from Northeastern University. She is an Investment Committee Member for the Chrysalis Center, a nonprofit organization in Hartford, CT providing support to those struggling with poverty, mental health issues and other challenges. Laura is also a member of the Women in Pensions Network. Her interests include running, skiing and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan has been serving defined contribution plan clients for more than 20 years, assisting plan fiduciaries with governance oversight and education, plan design analysis and implementation, fee benchmarking and analysis, vendor search and selection, and performance measurement. Ryan served as Chair of the Defined Contribution Strategic Oversight Committee and also served on the firm’s Defined Contribution Business Council. Ryan helped to establish Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2006, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to co-founding the firm, he was with the PRIME Asset Consulting Group at UBS Financial Services Inc. Ryan is a member of the Pension Committee of the Women’s Tennis Benefit Association, which administers the pension plan for professional women tennis players. Ryan is also a member of the Palmetto Society for Human Resource Management in North Charleston, SC. Ryan received his BSBA from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business, where he also served on the Board of Visitors.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys attending sporting events for his kids and spending time with his family at their home in Charleston, SC.

Eileen provides counsel to individuals and families on asset allocation, portfolio design and rebalancing strategies. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Eileen works with clients on extensive wealth management solutions involving estate planning, tax, family governance, and lending strategies. She is also a member of the Private Client Business Council. Eileen joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors LLC in 2017, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Eileen was a Senior Wealth Manager at BNY Mellon and a Senior Trust Officer at US Trust. She received her JD from Western New England University School of Law, MST from the University of Hartford and BA from Allegheny College. Additionally, she is a Certified Financial Planner® from the College for Financial Planning and a CDFA® from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts. Eileen’s personal interests include home renovation, biking, running and spending time with her husband and three children.

Jeff joined Fiducient Advisors in 2000 and is the Director of Taft-Hartley Consulting. Working with the firm’s team of consultants, he provides investment consulting services by giving advice and information on the manager search process, fund selection for portfolios and overall investment management. Jeff leads our Taft-Hartley Business Council. Prior to this, Jeff was president of an advisory division of LaSalle Street Securities, L.L.C. He obtained the title of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) from the Investments & Wealth Institute™ accreditation program at the Wharton School of Business. Jeff has been a guest speaker at several national conferences related to Taft-Hartley services. He is also on the Advisory group to the annual Made in America conference which is dedicated to providing ongoing education to the Taft-Hartley community. Jeff is the head of the stewardship committee of his local parish and leads a team of volunteers who serve the homeless breakfast on a monthly basis. He enjoys golf and snowmobiling.

Scott joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2014, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Scott was an Investment Consultant at T. Rowe Price. He received a BSBA from the University of Northern Colorado. Scott serves as a Board Member for Mental Health Connecticut, Inc., a nonprofit advocating for improved, expanded and accessible mental health services. In his free time, Scott enjoys family time with his wife and two sons, golfing and traveling.
